Wofi is a portable connected synthesiser offering an easy mode of interaction for newbies and semi-professional electronic musicians. One of the main functionality of this neo-retro instrument is a low-fi voice sampler. It allows users to record, mix, tune and share sound samples over a proprietary cloud platform.
This project, at its final stage of development, was designed for a young electronic instrument brand named Kiviak Intruments. The physical interface was carefully though through to allow users an easy and affordant interaction with the product.
Style wise, the functionalist approach was at the heart of the design intension, giving it a requested “German” look.
